Is patience rewarded? And the curiosity? In the search for an answer to this, we challenged time and matured Lot PN15 – 6 special Pinot Noir barrels from the 2015 harvest – for much longer. 2015 was a good vintage, with great thermal amplitude. Hand-picked in March, the grapes were macerated at low temperature and fermented at 25°C. For our happiness (and yours!), after 42 months in used French oak barrels, the answer is an absolute yes!
